Director/Producer: Rubondo (documentary) A feature length documentary I’m currently producing and directing about an African Ark of sorts in Tanzania that had a problematic origin, and is likely doomed…but fascinating. Includes interviews with the head of the Frankfurt Zoological Society, Jane Goodall and rare archival footage of the chimpanzees arriving on the island from Europe in the 1960s. (Release date: 2025)
Producer: VICELAND, Most Expensivest Sh*t (unscripted series) While at Mustache as the Head (VP) of Content, I worked on crafting this original series starring 2 Chainz for GQ and then worked to package and sell the series to Viceland. It was the first linear/TV series that we created at Mustache and easily the most popular show on Viceland.
Executive Producer: IFC Comedy Crib, Janice and Jeffrey (scripted series)IFC approached me to make a digital series for them with some new talent. I attached Matteo Lane and with the help of Adam Lerman and others we created this absurdist comedy series starring Matteo Lane and his longtime collaborator Mollie Merkel. Also featuring Aaron Jackson. It’s worth a watch!
Executive Producer: Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund (unscripted series) Oh this show! It was so much fun to EP this competition reality show with Anna Wintour, DVF and the incomparable Selby Drummond. Working at Mustache, I worked with our partners at Condé Nast Entertainment to make what is argueably the best season of Fashion Fund. There’s a REALLY amazing unapproved version, which we’ll release one day.
Producer: Eastsiders, Season One (scripted series)Working as a network executive at MTV Networks/Logo, I bought the first season of this series for our sites and to later air on our channel. I knew as soon as I met Kit Harrington that this series would eventually find its audience. It has since migrated to NETFLIX and won a boatload of deserving awards. Worthy of a binge watch.

Producer: THE TRUTH with Elliott Wilson (unscripted series) While VP of Digital at Ish Entertainment I Executive Produced a lot of series for everyone from Meredith Viera to Daphne Oz, but this series for Jay-Z’s channel hosted by Elliott Wilson was the best of the bunch. By a mile. Our idea was to make it very simple—walk and talk interviews that went deeper. Elliott was always prepared with great questions and the artists were keen to play along because they knew it would be substantive.
Producer, Eat. Stay. Love. (unscripted series)While heading up content at Mustache we landed outselves a trip around the world with this beautiful, chef's table-like series for Condé Nast Traveler and Bon Appétit. This Tokyo episode is one of my favorites.
Executive Producer: Designer Stories (unscripted series)Never one to turn down a series with Vogue, I was the co-creator/EP of this series in which I interviewed designers about their inspirations. Featuring Tory Burch, DVF and Jenna Lyons.
Producer: My Dream Funeral, Matteo Lane (scripted pilot)This never made it to series at Comedy Central but should have. It’s frankly just a little dark for many people. I produced this animated pilot as a digital series for Comedy Central while Head of Content at Mustache.
Producer: Hunting Season series on LOGO TV (scripted series) While at MTV’s LGBTQ+ channel I was always looking for digital series to snap up from talented creators. When this came out it was our most streamed series, by a long shot. It’s very real, and probably NSFW, just FYI.
Executive Producer & Host: Travel Channel's "Confessions of a Travel Writer" (unscripted pilot)I did this. I probably shouldn’t have, but I did. After being a travel writer for years I pitched this idea to the Travel Channel and they picked up the pilot. We went to Chile, I was both on camera and a producer. Then it aired and whew, we got a lot of hate mail. Particularly me. Anyway I’m happy we did it and also delighted I didn’t have to keep getting that volume of hate mail every week!
Executive Producer: Discovery Channel's "Search for Genghis Khan's Tomb" (documentary)I used to produce hour-long documentaries for ABC News Productions which were made for other channels (MSNBC, Travel Channel, A&E), and this was my absolute favorite. I went to Mongolia a few times looking for Genghis Khan’s tomb. Spoiler alert, the folks who claimed they had found it lied to me, the NYT and more. But I got to make this wonderful documentary about the history of the searches for his tomb.
